Can clowns be sexy?

Most adults, when asked (and most children, probably, for that matter), will admit to finding clowns scary or creepy. I don't know if it's because of horror films or John Wayne Gacy or Tim Curry in IT, but we seem to find clowns generally pretty unsettling. But Leg Avenue Costumes, in their righteous quest to make everything sexy, has managed to create legitimately cute and sexy clown costumes by infusing burlesque and harlequin elements. We have to admit, they are pretty darn adorable (except maybe "Giggles", third picture down. She's a little frightening). New darling Oktoberfest costumes for women

Oktoberfest looms! I was a little confused at first, because I thought Oktoberfest was Bavarian in origin and these new costumes are called "Swiss Miss Oktoberfest Costume"... but I guess there are German-speaking areas of the Swiss Alps, or... nevertheless, they're really cute new costumes that feature a floor-length skirt and a dirndl-style top. The matching head scarf is also included.

This costume also comes in plus size. We think it would look best with a full petticoat underneath. One of the best things about a costume like this is that it's suitable to wear in the month of October, unlike many of the teeny-weeny costumes out there.
